Auto Bavaria, the largest authorised dealer representative for the premium BMW brand in Malaysia, has launched a first-of-its-kind service for BMW vehicle owners. The Auto Bavaria i-Service mobile application enables owners to get their cars conveniently serviced at their doorstep, by just booking for their service needs and necessities through i-Service mobile app.
Convenience At Your Fingertips
The i-Service app enables customers to book service appointments, check vehicle service history, view the service progress, and make payments, all within one application. It also has a special ‘track & chat’ feature to track the location of the i-Service vehicle and chat with technicians to monitor the progress of their vehicle being serviced.
Customers can direct the i-Service vehicle to a location most convenient to them – be it at home or at the workplace, within a 40 kilometre radius of any Auto Bavaria dealership – to perform scheduled maintenance services including oil change, brake pad change, tyre change, tyre balancing and battery change. This will save the owner a trip to the service centre.
Every i-Service service vehicle is equipped with the latest tools and equipment, manned by experienced and qualified technicians and use only BMW genuine parts to ensure that the best-in-class service is provided to Auto Bavaria and BMW customers.

Klang Valley, For Now
Auto Bavaria i-Service will initially roll out with three i-Service vehicles to cater to prime areas in the Klang Valley within a 40 kilometre radius from Auto Bavaria dealerships. The coverage area will gradually be expanded in stages.
The Auto Bavaria i-Service operates six days a week except on public holidays, between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.
