Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd officially launched another new Nissan 3S centre in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Operated by a newly appointed dealer, Edaran Nuri Sdn Bhd, the 3S dealership is guided by the Nissan Retail Concept (NRC).

The new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) centre offers an improved customer experience and journey of the Nissan brand. The new exterior with the iconic red Nissan tablet signage provides a bold impression. At the same time, the ‘Nissan Drive’ sales and consultation areas greet customers with warmth and comfort. An exclusive delivery bay is also enhanced to celebrate the special moment with excitement when customers receive their vehicles.

The new Edaran Nuri Sdn Bhd Nissan 3S centre is located at Lot 6621, KM10, Jalan Pasir Puteh Pasir Tumboh, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The facility covers a built-up area of 12,260 square feet. The showroom can display 5 Nissan models and the after-sales area has 3 service bays that can accommodate up to 15 vehicles per day. Additional facilities such as a café-styled customer lounge, FREE WiFi connectivity, and fun kids area are provided for customers and their families to enjoy.

Saturday – Thursday (including public holidays): 8.30am – 5.30pm
Friday: 8.30am – 12.30pm, and 2.30pm – 5.30pm
Remember the SOPs
In line with government standard operating procedure to curb Covid-19, Nissan showrooms and service centres will practice temperature checking and social distancing for all staff and customers. Nissan staff will be wearing face masks, while face masks, gloves and hand sanitizers will also be freely available to customers.
Frequent disinfecting will be carried out at the showrooms and service centres throughout the day covering every touch point including display and test drive vehicles, as well as all customer vehicles before and after service. During this period, contactless payments are encouraged.
