If you are looking for a BMW as a ‘keeper’, take a look at the BMW E46; it came originally with the SMG (Sequential Manual Gearbox), but it can easily be converted into a 6-speed manual.

The Convertible version we are testing is a bit more exclusive, but the 2-door Coupe should be adequate too. Go and pick one up before the prices go through the roof. You won’t regret it.

I would treasure it and keep it pristine, but you can use it as a daily driver if you want. On weekends, you will have a blast and you will definitely turn heads – unfortunately, it will be guys looking at your car, hahaha!
