Toyota Camry 2022 Dynamic Force Engine, Dancing With Wolves on Genting Hill Climb /YS Khong Driving
What a great combination – The New 2022 Toyota Camry, now with the much acclaimed 40 percent thermal efficiency 2.5 liter engine, 209 PS, 253 Nm of torque, coupled with an 8-speed auto transmission, three driving modes including a Sports Mode, and Paddle Shifters too.
Not what you would expect in an ‘uncle car’. Yes, the Toyota Camry has finally come of age, and this is possibly the best Camry I have ever seen, and now it is certainly the best Camry I have taken up the mountain.
Now with the fact the the continental cars are getting so expensive, the Camry, priced at RM199k offers a pretty good bang per buck.
Notwithstanding the great performance specs, the interior is more premium and is slanted towards the ‘towkay’ types.
Of course the Camry would not be a car you would buy as a ‘weekend’ car to go mountain climbing, but if you do take it out with your friends, you won’t be left behind by very much – the TNGA platform with the trailing arm wishbones at the rear , and the 18-inch tyres provides excellent driving dynamics, while remaining super-composed throughout the journey.
Anyway, you all know why we still take this car, and many others that are not normally known to be performance cars on to this route – it is because this is one of the best ways to shake down the car and find weak spots, if any.
Besides that, it is also much fun, hahaha.
Please enjoy the video, and don’t forget to think of us if you want to buy this and other cars, as the small commissions we earn help to keep us going.
