Mazda MX-30 [Launch Review] | YS Khong Driving
Hey guys and girls, the MX30 is officially here, and order taking has commenced.
Mazda is targetting short haul commuters, who travel up to 199 km a day, because that is the maximum range that this MX30 can do on its smaller 35.5 kWh battery.
This strategy is aimed at making a compact-sized BEV with a smaller battery pack, which will charge up in a shorter time, and also cost less, for people who do not need a long range, and this applies to close to 80 percent of the population.
The MX 30 can be charged up to 80% in 36 minutes on a 40kW DC fast charger.
This makes good sense, and reminds me of the ancient Chinese saying,”No need to bring a cannon to shoot an ant.”, or something to that effect, lol.
It would work very well as a second car in the house that younuse to go to office, or to market, or just to run around the city.
You can make your bookings at the Mazda Flagship Gelnmarie showroom, or if you want contactless dealings, you may book yours through our channel by sending a
