Tesla Model 3 RWD On Genting – How Does It Compare To The Long Range AWD Model? | YS Khong Driving

We have previously taken up not one, but 2 versions of the Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD up Genting: both were fan cars, one of which was a previous model whilst the other was a current model.

This time, we were contacted by another fan who asked us if we would like to try out his RWD only variant of the Tesla Model 3 up Genting and so here we were!

Mother Nature had her say for the day and decided that it was going to be a wet drive. Well, to me that was the best test of all: the take away from this wet drive is that one will appreciate AWD when it is wet.

We really had to tip toe all the way up except for a very short section when it was a little dry. Instantaneous torque and a wet slippery road don’t go together well.
