This is another famous driving route that is fun to use to check out the handling of a car. It winds through the famous durian orchards on Penang Island.

For our overseas viewers, the durian is that ‘ smelly’ and thorny King of Fruits that Asians love but many Europeans hate.

This time, the Proton S70 official media test drive took us through that road and this presented us the golden opportunity to do a handling check for the benefit of our Penang and Northern states viewers.

Please note though, that we had to be extremely careful not to be overly exhuberant since the road is two way and narrow at places with many blind corners.
