D.I.Y Paint Recovery on Badly Weathered Roof of Golf Mk6 TSi – Shot in Real Time / YS Khong Driving

This is the next instalment on our Golf TSi paint recovery and we discover that the paint on the roof of this 11-years old Golf TSi is very badly damaged.

I am pretty sure I have never polished this part of the car ever, and the condition looks really bad, and some parts of the clear coat shows signs of hairline cracks.

This video is shot in real time, with some parts of inaction edited out; this is so that you will be able to see how much effort we had to put in, but you can actually see the shine come out as we go along.

The products used are Perma Glass PG1, and PG3, both of which are cutting compounds, and finished off with Sealant. Perma Glass products are available on:
