Raced in 1975, Reborn in 2022 – BMW 2002 Tii Turbo / Tested on Genting / YS Khong Driving
This is a story of a man and his love of cars. David Lacey found a totally neglected BMW 2002 tii, and later discovered it was turbo-charged; was it original, he wondered, and that was the start of his journey to put this lovely car back where it should be.
We share his story here, and we drove it up our favourite mountain too.
