BMW M5 on Sepang Circuit – 600hp, 750Nm, SUPER Supercar | YS Khong Driving

Driving the M5 is an unforgettable experience. First off, my apologies – it has 600 horses and 750 Nm of torque, and not 550 Nm – the figure was wrongly quoted to me just before I started the drive, but Ivan Khong, who obviously knows this car, and probably loves it too, corrected me later.

I had to start slowly to get a feel of the behaviour, but got more familiar as I went along. I probably need another 20 laps or even more to be more familiar with it – as a motoring media, we have to be very careful not to roll a car like this, or test the airbags. I can only say it’s a superbly great car.
